Responsibilities
Establish new accounts for The Lilly Company in Parts, Service and Rental
Increase purchases and profitability from existing customers
Provide feedback to the service, parts or rental departments on any new developments or customer concerns in the marketplace
Resolve customer concerns with the assistance of the branch or service manager
Project a clean, neat, professional public image at all times
Sell and promote the dealership
Sell Planned Maintenance Programs (PMs)
Support the service department by quoting and selling shop and field repairs
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years direct business to business contract sales experience
Proven history of successful cold calls
Driver's License (Required)
Preferred
Experience in the material handling or warehousing industry or automotive aftermarket is a plus
