Support clients through a variety of strategic finance and technical accounting projects
Contribute to or lead initiatives such as:
General ledger close and process improvement
FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting support
Technical accounting (e.g., ASC 606, ASC 842, SEC reporting)
IPO readiness and public company transformation
M&A preparation and integration
Adapt quickly to new systems, tools, and team dynamics
Qualification
Required
3+ years of total experience in external audit, advisory, corporate accounting, and/or corporate finance
CPA licensed or in process
Strong technical accounting knowledge and business acumen
Experience with publicly traded companies/clients
Comfortable in fast-paced, client-facing roles
Excellent communication and adaptability in new environments
