They are seeking a Clinical Director and Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead center-based ABA services, overseeing service delivery and center operations to ensure the highest standards of care.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage the center, including overseeing a team of BCBAs and collaborating with the Operations Manager
Supervise BCBA teams to ensure treatment plans align with best practices and meet individual client needs
Conduct tours for prospective client families, showcasing our commitment to quality care
Coach BCBAs on clinical and leadership skills, fostering professional growth
Partner with parents and caregivers to ensure sustained client progress
Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of excellence
Implement and oversee innovative ABA methods, including RFT, with guidance from the Clinical Excellence team
Qualification
Required
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
At least three years of in-center BCBA experience
Proven leadership and operational management skills
Expertise in skill acquisition and behavior reduction techniques
Success in managing and mentoring clinical team members
