Responsibilities

Oversee multiple infrastructure projects at different stages of the construction lifecycle, including early planning and preconstruction
Ensure each project meets high standards for safety, quality, cost, and schedule performance
Manage the full project lifecycle—from design and construction through handover, closeout, and lessons learned
Track progress and communicate updates to stakeholders, highlighting potential risks, delays, and mitigation plans
Work closely with vendors, consultants, and contractors to manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables
Balance flexibility with financial discipline, ensuring changes in scope stay within budget and schedule limits
Identify and drive process improvements related to infrastructure delivery, billing tools, and operational workflows
Lead cross-functional teams, fostering accountability and alignment with broader program goals
Take ownership of large capital programs end-to-end, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and strategically
Build strong partnerships and influence across all levels of the organization to achieve successful outcomes

Required

Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Right to work in the United States
7-10 YOE required in construction-focused Project Management or Program Management working directly for a General Contractor
Must have a strong background in infrastructure projects (power/water/wastewater/civil)
Strong understanding of project budgeting, cost control, and schedule management
Hand-on experience with contract negotiations, change order management, purchase orders, invoices and RFIs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across teams and stakeholders

Preferred

Background in mission-critical or hyperscale
PMP certification or equivalent project management credential
OSHA certifications or other safety training
Degree in Construction Management or Engineering
Located in KS, OK or TX
