Work hands-on with a teammate in one of our clean, shiny blue trucks
Visit homes and businesses across Dayton to remove unwanted items and deliver exceptional customer experiences
Learn every part of our operation — routing, estimating, logistics, and customer service
Stay active, build strength, and see your results in real time
Take pride in being part of a tight-knit, fast-moving team that celebrates wins together
Qualification
Required
23+ years old (required for commercial insurance)
Valid driver's license & clean driving record
Positive communicator and team player
Physically able to lift 75 lbs repeatedly
Motivated by growth, challenge, and teamwork
Customer-service or moving experience a plus — but we train happy, driven people from all backgrounds
