Responsibilities

Support development and implementation of evaluation plans, logic models, methodologies, and data collection strategies
Assist with the design and administration of surveys, interviews, focus groups, and other tools
Conduct literature reviews, environmental scans, and quality assurance activities
Help prepare evaluation summaries, reports, and presentations tailored to diverse audiences
Apply analytic methods to interpret data and identify key findings that support program improvement
Support organization-wide outcomes tracking and evaluation initiatives
Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources
Identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to decision-making and program performance
Conduct systematic quality checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Provide technical assistance to APCA staff and Community Health Centers on evaluation metrics, reporting requirements, and data interpretation
Support implementation and understanding of new data modules for the Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP)
Strengthen analytic capacity for the Rural Health Transformation Program by producing meaningful insights and actionable recommendations
Maintain communication with APCA teams, funders, and community partners related to data and evaluation activities
Participate in workgroups, peer networks, and collaborative efforts that strengthen data and evaluation capacity
Provide training and technical assistance to health centers on evaluation processes, performance monitoring, and data use
Contribute to grant reporting, documentation, and planning through data-informed insights

Required

Associate's degree in public health, evaluation, social sciences, or a related field
2–4 years of relevant experience in research, data analysis, or program evaluation
Demonstrated ability to apply qualitative and/or quantitative methods
Experience supporting or implementing evaluation processes or tools
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to summarize and present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Fluency in written and spoken English required
Superior written and oral communication skills

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in evaluation, public health, statistics, social sciences, or related field
Experience conducting qualitative analysis
Experience contributing to program or organizational evaluation efforts
Familiarity with Community Health Centers or public health settings
