Responsibilities

Develop, document, and maintain test data, validation rules, and end-to-end testing flows

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)

Create detailed test cases based on functional and technical requirements

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to validate functionality

Analyze test results, identify defects, and report issues in a timely manner

Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives

Ensure high quality and performance across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, IRM, and GRC

Develop reusable test templates to support future automation initiatives

Conduct functional testing for IRM (Integrated Risk Management) and GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) modules

Validate risks, controls, issues, assessments, workflows, and regulatory frameworks

Test configuration changes including tables, ACLs, business rules, flows, UI policies, and update sets

Perform regression testing using ATF across ServiceNow upgrades and releases

Execute cross-browser testing and end-to-end user journey validation involving external applications

Test REST and SOAP integrations and external data flows

Required

5–8+ years of overall QA experience

3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow ATF testing, with a strong focus on IRM/GRC modules

Strong test automation experience using Selenium

Deep understanding of IRM/GRC processes including risk scoring, controls, assessments, SOX, and compliance workflows

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow tables, ACLs, flows, update sets, APIs, and business rules

3+ years of experience validating ServiceNow UI, Service Portal, and Workspace UX

Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills

2+ years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Solid knowledge of test planning, test case creation, and defect management

Ability to identify and implement automation opportunities within the ServiceNow ecosystem

Preferred

ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS-Risk, CIS-GRC, or ATF

Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps

Experience working with domain-separated ServiceNow instances

Prior experience on large-scale ServiceNow implementation projects

Scripting experience with Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
