Responsibilities
Design and execute critical experiments independently to support project objectives
Develop implement and optimize experimental protocols and techniques
Maintain deep understanding of assigned projects and the overall research program
Analyze experimental data draw conclusions and recommend follow up studies
Review and apply relevant scientific literature to solve discipline specific problems
Perform routine and complex laboratory tasks independently with consistent results
Support project progress through laboratory based experimental activities
Ensure compliance with corporate policies safety standards and regulatory guidelines
Qualification
Required
Bachelor degree or equivalent education with five or more years of relevant experience
Master degree or equivalent education with three or more years of relevant experience
Strong theoretical and practical knowledge in biological research
Background in cell biology cancer biology biochemistry immunology or immuno oncology
Hands on experience with mammalian cell culture techniques
Preferred
Experience with flow cytometry
Knowledge or laboratory exposure to antibody drug conjugates or multi specific biologics
Experience working in a regulated large enterprise environment
