Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC is seeking a Financial Planning Associate to join their Twin Cities Wealth Advisors team. This role involves assisting Financial Advisors in the financial planning workflow, managing client relationships, and ensuring the smooth operation of the financial planning office.

Responsibilities

Prepare preliminary financial planning recommendations and initial product solution for advisor review and use in client meetings

Prepare charts, graphs, tables, and other visual aids to be used in implementation meetings with clients

Complete client meeting follow-up including executing trades within client accounts, finalizing applications, and preparing summary letters

Manage, research and resolve client service questions or issues

Maintain client contact during the financial planning process

Review and update client information, as needed, for client review meetings including client communications and activities

Manage CRM database

Follow-up with clients regarding advisor recommendations

Other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university or higher

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and the Ameriprise Financial Planning Tool Suite (including NaviPlan and Document Developer)
