AgHeritage Farm Credit Services is seeking a VP Agribusiness and Capital Markets who will build relationships, review and approve credit, and manage agribusiness and capital markets portfolios. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary contact with Capital Markets partners and provide agribusiness subject matter expertise.

Required

Bachelor's degree in business or related field

5 years' experience managing a commercial loan portfolio with experience in loan syndications and participation, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job

Advanced knowledge of credit analysis and regulatory requirements with respect to borrowers' rights

Advanced knowledge of commercial loan underwriting and loan portfolio management

Proficiency in structuring complex loans, establishing and maintaining productive relationships with customers or vendors, and analyzing complex technical data by using logic and quantitative reasoning

Communication skills sufficient to discuss a variety of job-related topics, and to effectively communicate complex topics to a variety of audiences
