Responsibilities

Partner with business units to uncover and shape requirements for API products and integrations, ensuring your work drives real business value

Transform business processes by identifying and implementing automation opportunities with cutting-edge API solutions

Be the key connector—bridging technical teams and business stakeholders to foster clear communication, shared vision, and successful outcomes

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, use cases, and integration specs, making complex ideas easy to understand

Analyze gaps and discover new ways API integrations can elevate operations and customer experiences

Lead engaging workshops and discovery sessions, turning user insights into actionable API requirements

Own the full API product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring every solution aligns with business goals and compliance standards

Monitor API performance, gather feedback, and champion continuous improvement for even greater impact

Stay ahead of the curve by applying the latest trends and best practices in API technology and business analysis

Empower teams through change management, training stakeholders on new API-enabled processes and tools

Ensure every project meets banking regulations and internal policies, keeping our operations secure and compliant

Take on new challenges and contribute to our mission as needs evolve

They communicate regularly with Executives to report on product progress, present strategic initiatives, and highlight critical developments

Define the vision and strategy for API products, informed by market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities

Develop diagrams, flowcharts, and other visual aids to facilitate comprehension of API functions

Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise documentation for developers

Engage effectively with employees, vendors, and contractors to ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and effective problem resolution

Prepare short- and long-term product growth plans, special reports, analyses, and respond to management inquiries

Maintain professional and technical expertise by attending workshops, reviewing publications, building networks, and participating in relevant professional societies

Remain up-to-date and compliant with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements and all applicable banking regulations, policies, and procedures

Uphold confidentiality and consistently deliver service quality in accordance with departmental standards
