Responsibilities

Promotes the Company’s mission and values-based culture through the successful development of new products

Maintain our process and drawing criteria. Create and maintain manufacturing drawings

Create and maintain installation sheets including, parts lists, written installation instructions, material specifications, visual attachment and footer details used for field installation, CNC programming files

Be knowledgeable of standards to maintain function, fit and then form as required

Coordinate with the different departments for CNC programming

Work with Designers and Drafters to maintain quality drawings and Installation Sheets

Other duties may be assigned by Manager or Supervisor

Required

Associate's degree in Drafting and Design with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience

Must have strong mathematical and numerical skills

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety standards, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals

Must have the ability to write routine reports and correspondence as well as be able to speak effectively before groups of employees and customers of the organization

Must have the ability to timely define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

Knowledge of AutoDesk Inventor and understanding of how to create 3D models

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred

AutoDesk Fusion preferred

Knowledge of AutoDesk Vault software helpful

Extensive computer experience with a basic knowledge of 2D and 3D design and drafting visualization

Experience with Solidworks and AutoDesk Fusion a plus

Knowledge of 3D printing and file preparation
