Responsibilities
Develop and execute tailored PR strategies for Rewired’s roster of digital creators, entrepreneurs, and media personalities
Secure high-impact placements across print, digital, broadcast, and podcast media
Manage press outreach, interview coordination, and press junket scheduling
Collaborate with Rewired talent managers to align PR efforts with brand campaigns, launches, and key client moments
Prepare press materials including bios, talking points, media briefs, and story pitches
Bring an existing book of business (client relationships, media contacts, and potential PR retainers) to grow Rewired’s PR division
Identify and pitch PR opportunities for both new and existing Rewired clients
Assist with onboarding new PR clients and help structure service offerings for the PR department
Support Rewired’s external communications, including agency announcements, press releases, and media relations
Leverage established relationships with top-tier media outlets, journalists, and editors
Continuously cultivate new relationships across entertainment, business, and digital culture press
Monitor press coverage and provide performance reporting and strategic insights to clients and internal stakeholders
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in public relations (agency or in-house), ideally focused on talent, entertainment, lifestyle, or digital creators
Proven success securing media placements across multiple verticals
A strong network of press relationships, particularly within entertainment, lifestyle, and digital media
Experience representing public figures, influencers, or entrepreneurs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives
An entrepreneurial mindset and excitement for building a PR department within a fast-growing company
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment
