Responsibilities
Greet guests and make them feel comfortable, both in person and over the phone
Maintain front desk and verify that supply orders are placed as necessary to ensure necessary supplies are available at all times
Ensure the mail is delivered to the proper departments
Ability to maintain professional demeanor under stress and operate within customer support standard and operating procedures
Update office calendar and order business cards for department heads as needed
Scanning in house files to Share Point
Other office duties as required
Answer phones
Answer door
In charge of stock room
Place all orders
Keep track of conference room
Mail out all the checks and all fed exes
Responsible of mail machine
Type correspondences
Orders business cards
PCC access for new employees
When the company has trainings we will need you to take active roll
This job will evolve and grow and we can re-vist what the changes are n 6 months
Qualification
Required
