Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

Strategic Portfolio Development: Identify and shape a portfolio of growth opportunities in advanced packaging and adjacent markets
Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate across commercial, R&D, and operations teams to drive commercial and development opportunities
Customer & Market Engagement: Build strong relationships with key customers, consortia, and ecosystem partners to understand unmet needs and collaboratively develop solutions
Program Management: Lead cross-business opportunities from conception through execution, including business case development, resource alignment, and milestone tracking
Technology Integration: Translate customer and market needs into actionable technology development plans in collaboration with R&D, leveraging Qnity’s broad materials and process capabilities
Internal Enablement: Facilitate knowledge sharing and alignment across Qnity’s segments to ensure cohesive execution and maximize synergies
Thought Leadership: Represent Qnity in industry forums and contribute to shaping the company’s point of view on the future of advanced packaging and related technologies

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or related field; MBA preferred
7+ years of experience in semiconductor packaging, materials, or related high-tech industries
Proven track record in business development, strategic partnerships, or innovation portfolio management
Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills
Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement abilities

Preferred

Familiarity with lean innovation and transformation frameworks
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without authority
