Responsibilities
Experience in SAP S/4 Change Management Implementation programs (SAP WalkME a plus)
Well-developed project management and facilitation skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to develop client relationships, identify and qualify sales opportunities
Mentoring consultants/associate consultants and motivating a successful team behavior
Assessing clients' problems critically, structuring analyses, applying analytical frameworks, and conceptualizing strategy development
Applying methodologies to deliver exceptional results carefully tailored to customer needs
Supporting internal practice development and business development activities
Collaborating with team and clients to define long-term vision, goals, and strategies
Simplifying and bringing clarity to challenging situations, models, and issues to create structured actions and recommendations
Demonstrating ability to drive blended teams of management consultants, junior team members, technology, data analysts, and implementation specialists to deliver according to plan (scope, quality, and schedule)
Mentoring and coaching others to deliver quality results and promote others' professional development
Must have an awareness of how to Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions to enhance decision-making, automate processes, and improve operational efficiency across the organization
Qualification
Required
