Responsibilities

Open new ISF jobs and manage all the crucial details

File entries with U.S. Customs, ensuring smooth and compliant cargo processing

Ensure every commercial invoice meets CBP regulations. Communicate documentation discrepancies to client and supervisor

Review shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs declarations, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements

Track and monitor the status of import shipments

Work closely with customs broker and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth clearance of imported goods, resolving any customs-related issues or discrepancies as needed

Collaborate with internal departments to address client inquiries, provide support, and resolve shipment-related issues

Coordinate freight delivery to designated locations

Scan entries into the imaging system meeting allotted and sensitive time requirements
