This role involves various accounting duties including preparation of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and supporting financial reporting processes.

Responsibilities
Support the financial reporting processes, including all General Ledger activity and related controls
Support the preparation of monthly financial reports for executive management including the month end closing processes
Support the coordination of quarterly and year-end audit reviews
Support Accounts Payable functions
Support Accounts Receivable functions
Enter production activity (curing, coupling & production reports) into accounting software
Utilize Excel pivot tables to calculate and generate production planning (coupling travelers and coating schedules)
Serve as backup for other members of customer service and accounting
Other duties and special projects as assigned by customer service or accounting department management
Qualification
Required
Business Administration with special emphasis in Accounting or Accounting degree
Effective communication and management skills
Ability to work on a team
Demonstrated skills in all Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Must be highly organized and have excellent attention to detail, as well as flexibility and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks
Ability to problem solve and be self-motivated with acute attention to detail
Must have a commitment to excellence and high standards
Must have excellent written and oral skills, strong organizational and analytical skills
Must have ability to manage priorities and workflow
Required to have versatility, flexibility and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities
Expected to have strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to understand and follow written/verbal instructions
Able to work independently with little or no supervision
Required to have the ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
Demonstrate a positive customer service at all times
Preferred
Accounting degree
Experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Bi-lingual candidates appreciated but not required
