Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Infor CloudSuite WFM applications using LPL (Infor’s proprietary scripting language)
Design and implement WFM business processes through CloudSuite actions, forms, fields, relations, and workflows
Develop and optimize reports using CloudSuite lists (Columnar reporting is a plus)
Design and develop data feeds/interfaces leveraging CloudSuite File Creation Utility, Data Replication, IPA, and related tools (ION is a plus)
Build and enhance workflows using Infor Process Designer / Infor Process Automation (IPA)
Ensure the efficient operation of WFM modules, including scheduling, time & attendance, and labor management
Develop and maintain SSRS reports, including migrating existing Crystal Reports to SSRS
Support and enhance T-SQL stored procedures and SSIS packages on Microsoft SQL Server
Provide day-to-day troubleshooting and system review for WFM-related issues
Maintain and expand a central documentation knowledge base using Confluence
Participate in a semi-agile development workflow using Scrum/Kanban methodologies and JIRA
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Security camera systems
Badge-based entry/exit and visitor management systems
Time & attendance and learning management systems
Other corporate applications as the portfolio expands

Required

Only US Citizens or Green Card holders will be considered. No C2C
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
3+ years of experience with Infor CloudSuite WFM development, including LPL scripting, WFM business process configuration, workflows, and reporting
3+ years of experience with SQL Server development, including T-SQL, SSRS, and SSIS package support
2+ years of experience with Infor Process Automation (IPA) and Infor Process Designer
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum/Kanban environment using JIRA
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills

Preferred

Experience with Infor ION for data integration
Knowledge of security and access control systems (badge entry, visitor management, security cameras)
Experience with time & attendance or learning management systems
Prior experience in Crystal Reports to SSRS migration
