Responsibilities

Perform ASHRAE Level II audits independently
Develop and rationalize energy savings calculation methodologies
Apply deep knowledge of HVAC systems, BAS, and controls
Author IPMVP-compliant M&V plans and reports
Provide technical guidance and training to program teams
Serve as a subject matter expert in multiple technical areas
Champion innovative solutions to improve energy-saving programs

Qualification

ASHRAE Level II auditsHVAC systemsEnergy efficiencyM&V protocolsEnergy modelingProfessional certificationsTechnical guidanceInnovative solutionsMentoring

Required

5+ years of experience in energy efficiency
Independently perform ASHRAE Level II audits
Develop and rationalize energy savings calculation methodologies
Apply deep knowledge of HVAC systems, BAS, and controls
Author IPMVP-compliant M&V plans and reports
Provide technical guidance and training to program teams
Serve as a subject matter expert in multiple technical areas
Champion innovative solutions to improve energy-saving programs

Preferred

BS in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred), MS preferred
Expertise in HVAC, BAS, RCx, and industrial systems
Strong knowledge of ASHRAE auditing, M&V protocols, and energy modeling
Professional certifications preferred: PE, CEM, CMVP
