Junior Account Executive
Thrive Los Angeles is a fast-growing outsourced sales company specializing in B2B sales strategies tailored to small businesses. As a Junior Account Executive, you will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing accounts, driving revenue for small to mid-sized business accounts.
Responsibilities
Sales Strategy: Develop account acquisition and management through business-to-business sales
Client Relationships: Develop, build, and maintain strong relationships within a given territory
Sales Presentations & Demos: Present sales pitches and product demonstrations to prospective accounts
Prospecting & Closing: Take ownership of the full sales cycle from prospecting new leads to successfully closing deals and driving new revenue
Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions in our CRM systems
Qualification
Required
A strong desire to succeed, learn, and grow within a fast-paced sales environment
Eager to take on challenges and have the motivation to exceed sales targets
While previous sales experience is a plus, it's not required
Individuals with a passion for sales and a willingness to learn and develop their skills
The ability to confidently communicate, build rapport, and engage with diverse clients
Team-oriented and thrive in a team environment that encourages sharing insights, strategies, and celebrating each other's successes
Preferred
Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
Experience in a customer-facing role
