Responsibilities
Respond warmly to inquiries from potential partners, artists, and fellows
Conduct discovery sessions to understand their vision and 'scope' how they fit into our 20-hour daily ecosystem (e.g., morning somatic yoga, midday tech innovation summits, evening immersive theater, late-night punk regeneration)
Act as a translational leader, identifying opportunities to connect a tech sponsor with a visual artist, or a social enterprise with a venue event, ensuring sustainable pathways for participation
Document and synthesize ideas to help build a diverse schedule that balances revenue-generating events with community-driven 'gift economy' impact
Maintain a dynamic digital dashboard of inquiries and tailored solutions, ensuring no spark of genius gets lost in the inbox
Design impact aligned revenue generating events and support the design efforts of our collaborative leadership team
Actively help shape engagement strategies that ensure our 'utopian cultural fusion' is accessible, diverse, and deeply rooted in the San Francisco community
Qualification
Required
A Cultural translator: You are comfortable speaking the languages of different worlds—understanding the needs of a punk rocker as easily as those of a tech venture capitalist or a non-profit director
A 'Regenerative Human': You resonate with concepts like Solarpunk, systems change, somatic healing, and the gift economy
Organized & Empathetic: You have strong listening skills and can organize chaotic creative ideas into clear, actionable project scopes (Experience in community management, intake, or event production is a plus)
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using digital collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, CRMs) to coordinate with a virtual global team
Passionate about SF History: You get goosebumps thinking about helping revive the venue where Louis Armstrong and Robin Williams once stood
