Responsibilities

Lead the global FP&A function, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across regions and business units

Serve as a key advisor to the CFO and Executive Leadership Team (E) on financial strategy, capital allocation, and ROI of strategic initiatives

Develop and maintain dynamic financial models and scenario analyses to support M&A, product launches, and global expansion

Partner with business leaders to develop financial plans aligned with strategic goals, providing actionable insights and decision support

Establish and track KPIs, financial dashboards, and performance metrics to drive accountability and operational excellence

Provide in-depth financial analysis on client profitability, pricing, and utilization across services and geographies

Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, systems, and tools (e.g., planning platforms, BI tools) to enhance speed, accuracy, and insight generation

Ensure data consistency and alignment across finance, sales, and operations

Lead and develop a high-performing global FP&A team with a consistent approach across regions

Foster a culture of collaboration, agility, and business partnership within the finance function

Champion talent development, succession planning, and DEI principles
