Apprentice, Culture Program (Part-time Intern)

Responsibilities

Assist in the coordination, scheduling, and execution of culture focused events, training sessions, and communication campaigns
Act as a central point of contact for TriNet's CRGs, helping to manage their budget, track key activities, and amplify their impact across the organization
Help collect, analyze, and present key diversity metrics (e.g., representation data, survey results) to identify trends and inform strategic decisions
Draft internal communications, presentations, and resources (e.g., intranet updates, newsletters) to promote culture initiatives and celebrate cultural moments
Conduct research on industry best practices, emerging Belonging trends, and effective talent strategies to ensure TriNet remains a leader in inclusive workplace development
Manage culture calendar, track expenses, schedule meetings, and take detailed notes during key strategy sessions

Required

A proactive team player who can work independently and as part of a team
Junior or Senior undergrad or graduate students
Minimum 3.0 GPA
Must be eligible to work in the U.S
Strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization
A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities
Must be a currently enrolled student available to work part-time hours (e.g., 15-29 hours/week) during the academic semester
