This role is critical in driving operational excellence, business process improvement, and systems optimization to support Finance and Business operations across our global organization.

Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of program controls for CapEx and OpEx initiatives, ensuring alignment with business and financial objectives
Drive business process improvements, automation, and system enhancements, integrating financial systems to support efficient and scalable global operations
Collaborate with stakeholders to document current-state processes and leverage data to identify high-impact areas for improvement
Develop comprehensive proposals for policy, process, system, and organizational structure changes that drive efficiency, compliance, and scalability
Present recommendations and business cases to senior and executive leadership with clear justifications and measurable outcomes
Oversee program life cycle from requirements gathering to development, testing, and implementation, ensuring timely delivery and risk mitigation
Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to monitor project performance and success, making data-backed adjustments as needed
Qualification
Required
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
10+ years of experience in program controls, project management, or systems analysis, with deep exposure to CapEx and OpEx programs and cross-functional global initiatives
Strong financial and operational expertise, including cost management, resource planning, financial systems, and process automation, with a track record of delivering results in finance and accounting programs
Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret complex data, extract insights, and drive continuous improvement through informed, timely actions
Proactive, data-driven and solution-oriented approach, with a strong work ethic, natural problem-solving ability, and a clear bias for action in dynamic, fast-paced environments
Excellent communication and influencing skills, including the ability to present to executive leadership, align stakeholders, and translate complexity into clarity
Collaborative relationship builder, skilled at connecting dots and people to foster global partnerships, drive alignment, and sustain momentum across teams and functions
