Lead cross-functional teams in process redesign and optimization

Architect and implement ServiceNow workflows and Agentic automation solutions
Serve as SME for ServiceNow integrations and intelligent automation
Qualification
Required
10+ years in process consulting or management consulting
Proven track record in ServiceNow implementation and Agentic automation
Experience with UiPath, Celonis and/or SAP Signavio
Prior leadership roles in consulting firms
Preferred
Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
