Responsibilities
Works with Director of Activities to deliver creative and exciting resident activities meeting individual needs and interests within the community
Assist with orienting all residents to activity programs
Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make decisions. Must be a proven professional with compassion, integrity, and honesty
Has the ability to work under pressure, resolve conflict, prioritize tasks, and follow through with creative ideas
Have a keen ability to foster teamwork with coworkers, showing initiative in overcoming obstacles, helping others beyond the job responsibilities, and having a positive impact on coworkers, residents, and visitors
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
Minimum three (3) years' experience working with adult recreation
Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make decisions
Must be a proven professional with compassion, integrity, and honesty
Has the ability to work under pressure, resolve conflict, prioritize tasks, and follow through with creative ideas
