Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end air import operations from booking through to final delivery
Drive process improvements to hit performance targets and business goals
Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team
Oversee carrier, agent and trucking negotiations to optimize costs and margins
Partner closely with sales and key customers to deliver an outstanding experience
Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs regulations, internal KPIs, and quality standards
Take the lead on major RFQs, pricing, reporting, and timely billing
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in air freight forwarding or international logistics
Strong knowledge of air import operations, incoterms, and U.S. Customs
Proven leadership skills with a hands-on, results-driven mindset
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Must be authorised to work in the US & some travel may be required
