Senior Risk Practitioner/Analyst
AcceleratedPM is seeking a Senior Risk Practitioner to support complex projects within nuclear operating environments. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining formal risk management frameworks to support informed decision-making across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a Risk Management Plan: Create and update a formal document outlining the approach, tools, and processes for managing project risks
Maintain a Risk Register: Manage a dynamic log of identified risks, including detailed descriptions, likelihood, impact, mitigation strategies, and assigned ownership
Perform risk assessments: Conduct qualitative and quantitative (Monte-Carlo) evaluations of risk scenarios to determine severity and prioritize response actions
Develop mitigation and contingency strategies: Design action plans and fallback options to reduce risk likelihood or impact in the project
Conduct risk workshops and facilitate discussions: Lead team workshops and collaborative sessions to identify, assess, and review project risks in a group setting
Integrate risk data with project controls: Link risk information with cost, schedule, and procurement plans to inform decision-making and maintain project baselines
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (can be substituted with additional experience)
8+ years of risk management experience
Prior work on nuclear projects is required
Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, and risk analysis tools (Deltek Acumen Fuse, Saffran, etc…)
Must be willing to work on-site in Eunice, NM for extended periods of time
Must be authorized to work in the U.S
