Responsibilities
Have a strong understanding of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming activities
Experience in designing, developing and implementing software systems, applications, and related products
Proven experience with systems planning, security principles, and general software management best practices
Working technical knowledge of current networks, software protocols, Internet standards
Working technical knowledge of current programming languages
Ability to capture requirements at both the management and technical level and break those requirements down into measurable/testable user stories
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor or Master's Degree or equivalent experience
Demonstrate professional experience in a technical field
Experience with Systems Engineering Lifecycle processes and practices
Hands on experience with some coding/scripting languages
Have a strong understanding of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming activities
Experience in designing, developing and implementing software systems, applications, and related products
Proven experience with systems planning, security principles, and general software management best practices
Working technical knowledge of current networks, software protocols, Internet standards
Working technical knowledge of current programming languages
Ability to capture requirements at both the management and technical level and break those requirements down into measurable/testable user stories
Clearance (Required): TS/SCI+
Preferred
Experience working within a cloud environment, AWS preferred
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
Highly self-motivated with keen attention to detail
Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
Experience with different software development methodologies such as Agile, Kanban and Rapid Prototyping
Experience with collaboration and tracking tools such as Confluence and Jira
Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
