Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders to support solution development
Translate high-level business needs into detailed functional specifications and process flows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and project managers to ensure alignment on deliverables
Facilitate user story creation, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies to support iterative development
Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements
Support testing and deployment activities by validating solutions against business requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Strong domain expertise in Treasury operations and financial systems
Proven ability to document procedures and translate complex business needs into detailed functional specifications
