ASSISTANT CASE MANAGER-CASE AIDE
The Arizona Department of Child Safety (DCS) is a social and human services agency focused on partnering with families to strengthen them and ensure safety for children. The Assistant Case Manager - Case Aide will support children and families under the direction of a Case Manager, providing direct services and coordinating care within the community.

Responsibilities
Support children and families under the direction of a Case Manager
Provide direct services in Department of Child Safety programs
Transport clients and ensure proper use of child safety seats
Schedule appointments and coordinate services
Supervise parent-child visits
Refer clients to community resources
Attend court hearings and required meetings
Document client interactions and activities
Provide general case management and clerical support
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Valid driver's license and a satisfactory 39 month driving record
The ability to obtain and maintain a valid Department of Public Safety Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
Work history, Central Registry and Public Record will be considered
