Responsibilities

Assist with tax preparation, filing, and planning activities under the guidance of a Senior Accountant
Support tax planning activities and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws
Process bi-weekly payroll and manage payroll tax reporting
Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly

Qualification

QuickBooksAccounting principlesMicrosoft OfficeTax complianceBachelor’s degree

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Excel required)
Understanding of tax compliance and accounting principles
