Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate inbound, outbound, and partnership commercial agreements, including MSAs, client agreements, SaaS agreements, vendor agreements, confidentiality agreements, and BAAs

Counsel product and operations teams on laws applicable to health plans, privacy, and intellectual property

Collaborate with internal and external experts to ensure commercial agreements appropriately manage risk and comply with laws, rules, and regulations

Build and support commercial legal strategy for the national sales team

Guide operations and product teams on SLAs and new/existing business arrangements

Troubleshoot commercial issues and propose practical, business-aligned solutions

Improve templates, playbooks, legal processes, and contracting workflows

Educate internal teams on contract terms, negotiation best practices, commercial implications, and legal risk

Serve as a trusted business partner to senior management across the enterprise
