Responsibilities
Own outbound prospecting and opportunity creation for new hotel accounts
Open doors with developers, ownership groups, brands, and operators
Identify and qualify hotel projects from pre-development through operational upgrades
Execute high-volume cold email and outbound calling
Use external databases to source decision-makers and build targeted account lists
Drive early-stage conversations and qualify real opportunities
Track all activity and pipeline in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Partner with sales leadership to advance deals through the sales cycle
Consistently hit activity, meeting, and opportunity targets
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or Hospitality preferred
0–2 years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Interest in hospitality, hotels, and operational business performance
Comfortable using sales tools or motivated to learn fast
Prior travel experience and willingness to travel as needed upto 75%
Valid passport or ability to obtain one a must
Organized, coachable, resilient, and results-driven
Ability to work independently in an on-site environment with minimal supervision
Preferred
Outbound or SDR experience
Exposure to B2B sales environments
Hospitality or operational solutions familiarity
