Own brand stewardship, reputation management, and crisis communications

Establish KPIs, measure ROI, and continuously optimize marketing performance

Partner with internal teams, franchisees, agencies, and external stakeholders on co-marketing initiatives

Guide digital innovation, including mobile, kiosk, and contactless customer experiences

Build, lead, and scale high-performing marketing teams through growth and new openings
