The AOR Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating dispatch activities, serving as the primary contact between field personnel, clients, and management to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery.

Responsibilities
Call Handling: Answer incoming calls promptly, providing information, assistance, and dispatching appropriate personnel as needed
Dispatch Operations: Assign and coordinate personnel, equipment, and resources to ensure efficient coverage within the area of responsibility
Communication Management: Relay job assignments, schedule changes, and urgent updates between field teams, supervisors, and customers
Monitoring & Tracking: Use dispatch software, GPS tracking systems, and radio communication to track the status and location of field teams
Receiving of equipment: Oversee receiving of all equipment for Special Projects and Replacement department. Will stay apprised of all equipment delivery timelines and in contact with supply houses for that information
Scheduling & Routing: Optimize schedules and routes to ensure timely service and minimal delays
Customer Service: Handle inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally
Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and safety protocols
Complete technician payroll: Complete and turn in payroll spreadsheet weekly
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent education
2+ years of dispatching and customer service experience
Excellent phone skills, listening skills with an empathetic voice and manner
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, GPS Tracking and Dispatching software
Energetic with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree
