Responsibilities
Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior LOB supervisors to ensure a robust control environment
Managing, analyzing, and performing key control tasks for the business as required
Actively participating in governance routines, including preparing and presenting documentation to senior audiences
Providing support and engaging with internal stakeholders on risk and control matters
Leading program-wide initiatives to identify and resolve audit issues and perform deep-dives into control weaknesses
Collaborating with key control and support partner groups to enhance supervisory reporting and monitoring processes
Ensuring transparency and consistency in roles, processes, and accountabilities, and improving governance documentation
Driving operational risk program deliverables, including Risk and Control Self Assessments, key metrics, and operational event reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field
3-5+ years of experience in a Risk & Control environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex technical matters for diverse audiences
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, drive change, and manage risk and control processes
