Product Marketing Manager - Literacy
Great Minds is a high-growth, mission-driven organization focused on providing high-quality educational materials. They are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for their Literacy curricula, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market demands.

Responsibilities
Build go-to-market strategies that capture market share for existing and new programs in the Literacy portfolio
Partner with Market Research, Sales, and Success to capture, synthesize, and elevate voice-of-customer and voice-of-market insights
Develop customer segmentation models to inform targeting, positioning, and bundling strategies
Partner with the product team to align roadmap priorities with customer needs and adoption cycles
Translate product attributes into clear value propositions, differentiated positioning, and customer-centric, benefit-driven messaging
Support development of pricing strategies and bundles that align with market demand and organizational goals
Ensure consistency of messaging across sales, marketing, and customer-facing channels
Develop and deliver sales training, competitive analyses, product overviews, and collateral to ensure sales teams can effectively position programs
Provide strategic guidance and support for key sales opportunities
Design and execute strategies that increase customer engagement, product usage, and opportunities for renewal
Qualification
Required
7+ years' experience in product marketing-related roles, edtech highly preferred
Demonstrated experience in product messaging, go-to-market strategy, and customer segmentation
Experience developing print and digital sales enablement tools (collateral, sampling strategies, etc)
Experience marketing to both prospective and current customers
Collaborative mindset with ability to influence across functions
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Bachelor's degree
