The Developer Experience Engineer Intern will contribute to AI-assisted tooling and automation pilots, supporting the engineering organization in improving productivity and developer workflows.

Responsibilities
Pilot AI-native workflows with engineering teams, testing end-to-end flows such as Vibe coding, local dev automation, and AI-assisted code review
Improve local development environments by building scripts, containerized setups, and onboarding automation to reduce time-to-first-commit
Contribute to internal DevEx tooling (IDE integrations, CI/CD templates, repo standardization) and maintain onboarding guides and prompt libraries
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline
Basic programming experience (e.g., Python, Java, or TypeScript) and familiarity with Git/GitHub or GitLab
Curiosity about AI-assisted development (Cursor, Copilot, Vibe coding, etc.) and willingness to learn prompt engineering fundamentals
Strong willingness to experiment, take feedback, and collaborate in a fast-paced engineering environment
Preferred
Exposure to local development environments, Docker, or simple CI/CD pipelines is a plus not required
