Reliability Engineer

Accord Technologies Inc is seeking a Reliability Engineer to join their Reliability Growth Team dedicated to supporting the NGHST program. The role focuses on leading reliability improvement initiatives during product introduction and ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

Deploy engineering and analytical resources across depots
Actively participate in Failure Review Boards (FRB), internal failure analysis meetings, and customer-facing reliability discussions
Implement systematic processes for failure review and corrective action planning
Ensure alignment between internal teams and customer expectations
Embed corrective actions into manufacturing processes and field service activities
Drive continuous improvement and reliability growth throughout the product lifecycle
Familiarize with the reliability plan for AMTRAK NGHST
Coordinate with reliability engineers in St. Bruno or Toronto
Report to designated Alstom managers and ensure workload distribution per site needs
Support verification of corrective actions and reliability growth progress

Required

All US VISA or Canadian Citizen
Failure Analysis & Corrective Action Management (FRACAS)
Stakeholder Communication & Cross-Functional Coordination
Rail / Rolling Stock Reliability Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
5+ years of experience in reliability engineering, preferably in rail or rolling stock
Strong analytical skills and experience with failure analysis and corrective action planning
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with MMIS and reliability growth methodologies
Knowledge of rail industry is mandatory
Teamwork and collaboration with other functions
