Responsibilities
The work involves retrofitting existing grocery buildings, modifying them to meet new design requirements and customer needs
Responsibilities include design review, ordering shelving, overseeing installation of new shelving through third-party contractors, and ensuring all work meets permitted standards and food health safety standards
The project manager needs to be able to work in a live operational environment, making changes to buildings while they're still running without impacting customer or associate experience
The role requires strong communication skills, technological proficiency (including use of computers, email, Microsoft software, and potentially CAD or other specialized software), and the ability to travel continuously
This is a travel-intensive role with night work, requiring flexibility and the ability to work in various locations across the US
Qualification
Required
4-7 years of project management experience
Must live near a major airport/metropolitan city
Read Composite / Drawings
Understand/know how to use a computer, Microsoft products, Smartsheet, BIM360, Bluebeam, and CAD
Strong communication and ability to make decisions in high-pressure situations
Experienced in Projects before
Willingness to travel 75%
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Clear and effective communication skills
Computer proficiency, Experience with email, Microsoft software, Ability to use Bluebeam software, CAD
Ability to travel (night work)
Preferred
Experience with financial analysis is a plus
PMP certified
Engineering or Construction Background
