Responsibilities

Own the partner marketing strategy for Microsoft, AWS, and selected platform/boutique partners
Develop annual and quarterly joint marketing plans aligned to partner priorities and revenue goals
Identify high-impact co-marketing opportunities across campaigns, events, content, and ABM initiatives
Plan and execute joint initiatives including LinkedIn Lives, events, workshops, digital campaigns, thought leadership, and sales enablement assets
Coordinate MDF and partner funding where applicable, including planning, tracking, and reporting
Ensure consistent messaging, branding, and value proposition alignment across all partner activities
Work closely with sales and solutions teams to align partner marketing programs to pipeline and account priorities
Track and report on partner-influenced pipeline, MQLs, engagement, and ROI
Continuously optimize programs based on performance data and feedback
Act as the primary marketing point of contact for partner stakeholders
Collaborate with internal teams (field marketing, digital, content, PR, and sales) to execute integrated programs
Support partner enablement efforts, including internal communications and GTM readiness

Required

5–8 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 2–3 years in partner/channel marketing
Proven experience supporting or managing co-marketing programs with technology or platform partners
Strong understanding of B2B demand gen and pipeline measurement
Experience working closely with sales teams and partner stakeholders
Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, remote environment

Preferred

Experience working with hyperscalers (Microsoft, AWS) or large technology ecosystems
Background in IT services, consulting, SaaS, or enterprise tech
Familiarity with MDF processes, partner portals, and joint GTM motions
Data-driven mindset with experience reporting on partner marketing ROI
