Responsibilities

Serve as the senior escalation point for endpoint and application support across all offices, delivering calm, customer-focused resolutions

Build strong relationships with team members, understanding how technology impacts their day-to-day work

Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, identity, and collaboration issues across Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365 environments

Administer and continuously improve cloud and SaaS platforms with a focus on reliability, security, and usability

Design and implement automation and system integrations using tools such as Power Automate, Workato, or similar platforms

Explore and responsibly integrate emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools, aligned with the firm’s digital transformation roadmap

Identify workflow improvements that enhance consistency, reduce manual effort, and improve the overall employee experience

Support hybrid meeting environments including Microsoft Teams Rooms and A/V systems

Maintain clear documentation, onboarding resources, and knowledge articles that support transparency and self-service

Mentor junior IT team members and model service excellence, curiosity, and continuous improvement

Qualification

Required

7 or more years of experience in desktop support, IT systems, or endpoint services, ideally within Architecture, Engineering, or Construction

Strong expertise across Windows 10 and 11, macOS, and Microsoft 365

Experience with Active Directory or Entra ID, Microsoft Endpoint Manager Intune, and Teams administration

Hands-on experience with automation and integration platforms such as Power Automate, Workato, or Zapier

Comfort balancing technical depth with clear, empathetic communication

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with learning agility

A people-first mindset with a systems-level perspective

Preferred

Familiarity with Egnyte, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar AEC platforms is a plus

Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator, or automation certifications are preferred
