Responsibilities

Schedule Patient Appointments: Coordinate and schedule patient appointments efficiently, ensuring optimal use of provider time and resources
Follow Up on Referrals: Manage and track patient referrals, ensuring timely follow-up and communication with patients and referring providers
Assist with Patient Service Questions: Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and assistance
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to healthcare providers, including managing patient records, processing paperwork, and handling correspondence
Maintain Patient Records: Ensure patient records are up-to-date and accurately entered into the system
Coordinate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with healthcare providers and other administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care and office operations
Compliance: Adhere to all healthcare regulations and confidentiality requirements

Required

Degree (Associate or Bachelor) or High School Diploma/GED and two (2) years of clinical, customer service or administrative support experience

Proficiency in using healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
