Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Fort Mill, SC. The role involves ensuring timely resolution of production incidents and maintaining high availability of integration services across business-critical systems.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day production support—triage, diagnose, and resolve integration incidents and service disruptions within SLAs; perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes

Proactively monitor and optimize integrations using Dynatrace and Splunk, setting alerts, creating dashboards, and tuning performance to ensure high availability and reliability

Maintain and support MuleSoft/Azure Integration Services—manage APIs, connectors, and interfaces; handle deployments, configuration changes, and environment health (dev/test/prod)

Implement and support security and access controls across integrations, including SSO/LDAP, API gateway policies, and adherence to compliance and audit requirements

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Salesforce, identity, data platforms) to integrate systems via REST, document runbooks, knowledge articles, and support procedures

Automate operational tasks (log analysis, health checks, release validations) using Python and CI/CD pipelines; perform capacity planning and continuous improvement initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)

8+ years in integration platforms and production support, with strong hands-on MuleSoft and Azure Integration Services experience

Proven expertise in monitoring and incident resolution using Dynatrace and Splunk, including root-cause analysis and performance tuning

Solid background in API integrations (REST) and security/access controls (SSO, LDAP, API gateways), with experience collaborating across systems like Salesforce
