Responsibilities
Design and develop engaging microlearning, videos, and interactive lessons for diverse teams
Film, edit, and produce instructional videos, quick tips, and enhanced slide-based learning
Create quizzes, assessments, and knowledge checks to measure learning effectiveness
Serve as an on-camera presenter for instructional and demonstration content
Collaborate with SMEs to translate learning objectives into structured digital modules
Lead projects end-to-end: scoping, storyboarding, scripting, production, and deployment
Apply adult-learning principles, accessibility standards, and modern learning design
Manage LMS operations including publishing, version control, archiving, and troubleshooting
Maintain learning paths, user roles, certificates, and reporting
Use analytics to assess engagement and drive continuous improvement
Ensure full compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) and audit requirements
Develop content using Camtasia, Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise), Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office
Maintain high production quality with efficient, scalable workflows
Partner cross-functionally to align learning content with business goals
Communicate timelines and expectations clearly with stakeholders
Continuously identify new formats, tools, and approaches to modernize digital learning
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, Multimedia Production, Medical Laboratory Science, or related field
1+ years of experience developing digital learning or multimedia training content
Proficiency with Camtasia, Articulate Storyline & Rise, and Microsoft Office
Familiarity with 360Learning or similar LMS platforms
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
Valid driver's license preferred
