Maintain the overall appearance of the community
Maintain the cleanliness of all common areas and amenities
Policing the grounds and parking areas
Minor maintenance such as changing light bulbs and painting
Assist maintenance staff upon request
Qualification
Required
One year with professional apartment management firm or equivalent experience
Maintain the overall appearance of the community

Pre-employment background check and drug testing required
Working weekends will be mandatory
