Required
1 year of full-time experience in an immigration law firm handling family-based immigration cases (adjustment, petitions, naturalization, removal of conditions) and some employment-based cases (PERM, O-1, EB1, E-2, L-1, H-1B)
strong communication skills

ability to effectively communicate in the spoken and written word free from spelling and grammar errors
