Responsibilities

Creating customer-focused solutions that are responsive and agile, supporting a modern infrastructure, tools, architecture, and standards to effectively provide efficient services following service-level agreements

Performing a wide variety of tasks on complex statewide systems and projects including, on-premise and/or in-cloud including, but not limited to, requirements gathering, designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting of business and technical solution

Serving as a subject matter expert in the maintenance and support of on-premise and/or in-cloud systems; troubleshooting and fixing issues; providing production support and maintenance for mission critical systems, technical system configuration and upgrades; performance tuning; problem resolution; and collaborating with stakeholders and vendors in support of system functionality and enhancements as well as integrated testing of systems

Working with diverse technical and non-technical personnel and management at local, state, and federal levels to provide support on system website, manage certificates and data-exchange protocols

Required
